Unit construction Norton, BSA, Triumph (post-1964) twins are about the same size. Good luck finding parts. Suggest you just get a later-model Savage motor from a Jap junkyard. Older 4-speed models probably used a lower-grade alloy for the head casting. Late-model cylinder is a bit different than the old version so if it were me, I'd just get a late-model motor.
